4. Apply glue to the inner side of the board first, and then fix it to the expansion screw at the same position with self-tapping screws.

5. Note: The nail head should sink into the board 0.5-1mm to facilitate the handling of nail holes.

2. Keel screw fixing method

1. Clean the wall to be installed and level the wall.

2. Use a 20×30mm wooden keel to make a 300-400mm frame on the wall (or a C50 light steel keel with a U-shaped card to cover the keel wall, with a spacing of 400mm).

3. Apply glue to the frame and fix the four corners of the cut decorative concrete board to the frame with self-tapping screws.

4. To prevent the deformation of the frame from causing the board to arch, the middle position of the board should also be fixed with self-tapping screws.

5. Note: The nail head should sink into the board 0.5-1mm to facilitate the handling of nail holes.

02 Precautions during installation:

1. The work site must meet the safety requirements of board construction, build a simple operation shed, have basic fire prevention equipment, and guardrails, and make an overall and reasonable layout of the boards in advance.

2. If you need to manually move larger and heavier boards, you need a more professional staff member to direct the movement, and ensure that the rope used is hard and firm, and the bottom of the support should be strengthened to prevent sliding or tipping.


3. During the construction process, if one or more boards need to be erected separately, temporary supports need to be temporarily set up and the top needs to be fixed up and down.

4. After the construction is completed, it is necessary to use wood supports to fix its position to prevent the board from tipping over. After the support is completed and firm, you can continue to operate.

5. During the installation, the construction workers need to be protected.

6. During the demolition work, the boards must be removed in order, and a restricted area must be set to prevent people around from approaching and avoid unnecessary injuries.

7. When removing longer boards, use ropes to slowly pull them out to prevent them from falling and being damaged.
